WELCOME TO Sole

Thank you for downloading the Sole FinTech App and taking an interest.
Sole is a personal finance management app to help you manage your income, expenses, pay your bills on time, and set aside savings.

Before you proceed, here are a few importance notices you must be aware of:

 

  1. Sole is a new FinTech App designed by Fijians for Fijians.
  2. All new FinTech Apps in Fiji, must be tested in the Reserve Bank of Fiji Sandbox
    (see FinTech Regulatory Sandbox Guideline – Reserve Bank of Fiji (rbf.gov.fj)).
  3. By proceeding further, you are agreeing to be part of the RBF FinTech Sandbox Test.
  4. Your E-Wallet will be safe and secured during the testing period.
  5. Your personal information and contact details will be fully secured.
  6. Any loss during the testing period arising from the Sole App failure will be reimbursed.
  7. You will be updated when Sole successfully completes the testing and proceeds to licensing.
  8. The Sole App is easy to use and you should be able to follow clear instructions.
  9. You are required to keep your password and the four-digit pin code safe at all times to protect your SOLE wallet.
  10. If you have a question while using the SOLE App, you can contact Sole WhatsApp and type your question.
  11. You can also join the customer group chat “SOLE STARTERS” to give any feedback you may have on the SOLE App.
  12. If you wish to stop using the SOLE App, please inform the SOLE Team via info@sole-fintech.com who will carry out the exit process.
