WELCOME TO Sole
Thank you for downloading the Sole FinTech App and taking an interest.
Sole is a personal finance management app to help you manage your income, expenses, pay your bills on time, and set aside savings.
Before you proceed, here are a few importance notices you must be aware of:
- Sole is a new FinTech App designed by Fijians for Fijians.
- All new FinTech Apps in Fiji, must be tested in the Reserve Bank of Fiji Sandbox
(see FinTech Regulatory Sandbox Guideline – Reserve Bank of Fiji (rbf.gov.fj)). - By proceeding further, you are agreeing to be part of the RBF FinTech Sandbox Test.
- Your E-Wallet will be safe and secured during the testing period.
- Your personal information and contact details will be fully secured.
- Any loss during the testing period arising from the Sole App failure will be reimbursed.
- You will be updated when Sole successfully completes the testing and proceeds to licensing.
- The Sole App is easy to use and you should be able to follow clear instructions.
- You are required to keep your password and the four-digit pin code safe at all times to protect your SOLE wallet.
- If you have a question while using the SOLE App, you can contact Sole WhatsApp and type your question.
- You can also join the customer group chat “SOLE STARTERS” to give any feedback you may have on the SOLE App.
- If you wish to stop using the SOLE App, please inform the SOLE Team via info@sole-fintech.com who will carry out the exit process.
