Terms and Conditions (Terms) for the Sole Application These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply when you choose to download the Sole Mobile Phone Application (the “App”) into any smart device (mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and personal computers) and register and activate your Sole Account. After carefully reading, and if you agree to all terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced in these Terms, when you activate your Sole Account, you are providing your express consent.

The Sole App Is:

The Sole App Service (App) is made available to you to help you manage your personal finances and meet your financial obligations on time. It is also provided to businesses especially MSMEs to help receive payments for the sale of their goods and services with transparent transaction history. The Sole App allows you to create a Sole Account (electronic wallet). Once activated you understand that you can use your Mobile Device to buy and store electronic money (“e-money”), transfer e-money to and make and receive payments to other Sole Accounts. You may also add funds and withdraw your e-money through your nominated bank account.


The Sole App is eligible to all Fijians above 18 years of age. Accounts for children under the age of eighteen can be opened under the trustees of their parents and/or legal guardians.

Relationship to Other Agreements:

You agree and acknowledge that certain mobile data rates and bank fees may apply from your mobile service provider or your bank which might impact your use of the Sole App. For example, your mobile service provider may impose data usage for your interaction with your Sole Wallet or your bank may charge bank fees for transferring money from your Bank Account into your Sole Wallet or vice versa. You expressly agree that you are responsible for all such fees, limitations, and restrictions.

Account Ownership/Accurate Information:

You represent that you are the legal owner of the Sole. You represent and agree that all information you provide in connection with the Sole App is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the right to provide such information to us for the purpose of operating your account. You agree not to misrepresent your identity or your account information.

You consent to receive electronic communications and disclosures from us in connection with your Sole Wallet. You agree that Sole can contact you by e-mail or telephone at any e-mail address or telephone contact provided and pay into your nominated bank account you provide to us in connection with your Sole Account. You agree to update your contact information with us when it changes.

Measures to Maintain Your Privacy and Security:

Your privacy and the security of your information are important to us. Our Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Sole App. Sole Limited is responsible for securely transmitting your information. Your information is only sent through secure channels.

You agree that we may share your information, make information available to you about your Sole transactions, and to improve our ability to offer these services.

You agree not to leave your Mobile Device unattended while logged into your Sole Account and to log off immediately at the completion of each access by you. Sole will require your four-digit pin code for every transaction.

You agree not to provide your password and the four-digit pin code or other access information to any other person. If you believe that someone may have unauthorized access to your Mobile Device, you agree to immediately cancel your access to the Sole Account associated with the Mobile Device.

You agree to provide us with immediate notice in the event you suspect fraud or any unauthorized access to any of your accounts.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in connection with your Sole Account.

You agree to take every precaution to ensure the safety, security and integrity of your account and transactions when using the Sole App.

Protection of Intellectual Property:

You agree that you will not reverse engineer, translate, disassemble, integrate, decompile,
integrate, remove, modify, combine, create derivative works or updates of, adapt, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application, or any part thereof (except with the Company’s prior written consent).

Changes in These Terms and Conditions:
Except as otherwise required by law, Sole Limited has the discretion to change these terms, and modify or cancel the eligibility to use your Sole App at any time, without notice. You cannot change these terms. Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to Sole dispute resolution procedures.

Exclusion of Warranties; Limitation of Liability; Indemnification:

The Sole App is provided with the current functionalities. However, we do not warrant that it will meet all your expectations or that it will be uninterrupted or free from error. To the extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, representations, and liability of any kind, express or implied.
